Baby Yoga Giveaway - Ts & Cs

  1. Eligibility: Entry is open to attendees of the Yorkshire Baby Show 2025 who sign up to the Birch Holistics email list at the event.

  2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must provide their name and email address via the sign-up form/QR code at the show. Only one entry per person is permitted.

  3. Prize: The winner will receive six consecutive weeks of Baby Yoga classes at either our Wetherby or Headingley venue. Classes are subject to availability.

  4. Prize Value: The prize is non-transferable without explicit written agreement from Birch Holistics, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

  5. Draw Date: The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the Baby Show. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email.

  6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification. If not claimed within this time, another winner may be selected.

  7. Use of Data: By entering, participants agree to join the Birch Holistics email list. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be used only in accordance with our privacy policy.

  8. Organizer: The prize draw is run by Birch Holistics.
