Be Held is a small, candlelit wellbeing gathering created gently and intentionally for women who need somewhere to soften.

A space where you don’t need to organise, respond, anticipate, or perform.

Just a space to lie down.


To exhale.


To be cared for.

Future Gatherings

Be Held gatherings are offered in intentionally small groups throughout the year.

What This Evening Offers

When you arrive, everything will already be prepared for you.

A warm, softly lit room.


Candles flickering.


Charcoal mats layered with grey bolsters and green cotton blankets.


A small floral sprig laid on each mat.
A warm drink waiting in a mug.

Nothing rushed. Nothing overwhelming.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be gently guided through a combination of relaxation, self-massage and sound.

There are also thoughtful touches woven throughout the experience, small details designed to help you feel welcomed, considered and quietly seen.

 

Gentle Self-Massage & Nervous System Support:

During the self-massage portion of the evening, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible techniques designed to help release physical tension and encourage your body into a softer, calmer state.

This is not deep tissue massage or anything physically demanding.

The movements are slow, grounding and easy to follow, focusing on areas that commonly hold stress such as the hands, face, shoulders and scalp.

Everything is guided gently and you are always welcome to adapt, pause or simply rest.

No experience is needed.

 

Sound Bath & Deep Rest:

You’ll then be invited to settle comfortably under blankets as soft sound bath elements are played around the room.

This may include instruments such as soothing gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other calming sounds designed to support relaxation and rest.

There is nothing you need to do during this part of the evening except get comfortable and receive.

Some women find themselves deeply relaxed, reflective or emotional, while others simply enjoy a rare moment of uninterrupted quiet.

There is no “right” way to experience it.

 

Throughout the Evening:

You don’t need to know how to relax.


You don’t need to talk.


You don’t need to share.

Everything is optional.

You can arrive exactly as you are...tired, overstimulated, emotional, anxious or unsure.

There is no expectation here. Only support.

Who This Is For

This space is for women who are carrying a lot.

Women who feel mentally full.


Overstimulated.


Emotionally tired.


Disconnected from rest.


Or simply in need of a quieter space for themselves.

Whether you are navigating motherhood, work, caregiving, change, grief, burnout, or simply the pace of everyday life...you are welcome here.

You do not need to earn your rest to deserve it.

You will be met with care here.
